Sukanya Samridhi Yojana What is Sukanya Samridhi Yojana (SSY) Women are the mirrors of the society. The freedom and life style of women represents the progress of the country. But in a patriarchal society like ours women have always been the most vulnerable and often exploited section of the society in any age,time and place.So to empower the women, different schemes have been adopted by the Government. One of the such projects is ' Sukanya Samridhi Yojana ' which aims to empower the women from their childhood.
